A Day In Court

On Wednesday i had my first expirience of going to court. It was quite the expirience! First i got there and sat down in the court room while other cases were settled. Then the judge left and i sat there in the court room with other traffic violators like myself and waited for the judge to come back. A half hour past and a different judge came to the judges seat. He introduced himself and started with the cases. After about 10 minutes of expired tabs, recless driving, other auto related charges it was my turn. I walked up to the podium, the only thing i could hear was my heart beating, it was intense. He then asked how do i plea to the charge of speeding, i was "guilty" (it was pretty odvious i was speeding). The sherrif in the room then stood up swore to tell the truth and read what had happened that night from the account of the sherriff that pulled me over. The judge then reduced my ticket from 15 over to 9 over (this lowers my points down from 4 to 3). He then directed me to the receptionist and she gave me a bill to be payed at the clerks desk.
After all was said and done i defintly learned a lesson and never want to go to court again! I was a good expirience, but like i said, i don't want to do it again! After the court case my mom and i got a bagel and i called it a day and played video games. This is my exciting little addition to my blog!! Now it's off to the dentist!!!
