so far, so good...

Well, the first week of school is over, it took a while, but it's finally over! Here's a little review of what i've been up to:
MWF
Human Growth & Development - This class looks like it'll be fun, i'm pretty interested in the topic, i love learning about how the human body works.
Biblical Foundations - I'm not too sure how this class will be. The teacher is an interesting fella, he admits he's a liar and lies with a straight face, and he's a Bible teacher. But there's this egogesis paper which like 8-10 pages long that we'll have to write which won't be fun.
Motor Skill Aquisition - so far, probably my favorite class because it deals with how the body moves and how to classify it, it's really interesting and i'm looking forward to it! and the prof is really cool!
Elementary statistics - This class doesn't appear to be too hard, but i'm not much of a math whiz so anything is possible, and the teacher is a funny old man.
T TH
Foundations of Kinesiology - This class is probably my second favorite. The professor is the baseball coach so we have a lot in common and he's a pretty cool guy. The class focuses on the various areas of Kinesiology which is really interesting.
American History - It's a class that focuses on early american history. History isn't my cup of tea so i don't find it all that enjoyable, but i'll try to make it.

So that's the brief overview of my classes for this semester. There's also been other things i've been up to. I'm the Intramural rep for our floor for i'll be responsible for getting students signed up for the various sports and communicating things with them. So, it should look good on the ol' resume! Also Alex, my roommate, and I have been getting along well, we have a lot in common which is cool. So far we've been causing a little bit of trouble here and then planning stuff like freshmen orientations, which consited of a pool party and a scavenger hunt around town. The freshmen have started to come out of their shells, and we've getting to know each other. The weather sucks here, it's hot and humid and i miss Minnesotan weather, and everyone laughts when i say Minnesooota, cause they thinks it's funny. Also, Heidi and i have had fun hanging out together, we've played basketball, ate breakfast together this morning, it's been nice having here around, espessially when i need a hug :) Well, i'm off to have more fun! Have a good one!
